NFL Player Hits FanDuel With Publicity Rights Suit
Daily fantasy sports company FanDuel is usurping the publicity rights of NFL players without permission, wide receiver Pierre Garcon says in a putative class action filed Friday in Maryland federal court, as the legal woes for the fantasy sports industry continue to mount.
