BB&T Dodges Pa. Atty's Suit Over Line Of Credit
A Pennsylvania federal judge on Tuesday adopted a magistrate's report and dismissed a prominent personal injury attorney's suit accusing BB&T Corp. of acting coercively to renegotiate the terms of a $1.25 million line of credit, but gave the lawyer one more chance to "cure the deficiencies" of his breach of contract claim.
