Ohio Surgery Center Escapes Patients' FCA Suit
Patients suing an Ohio surgery center for billing Medicare and Medicaid for allegedly unnecessary surgeries that involved using off-label medical devices on Thursday told an Ohio federal court to dismiss the False Claims Act suit against the center with prejudice.
