    OB/Gyn Licensing Board Slaps Test Co. With Copyright Suit

    The American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology on Tuesday filed suit in Texas federal court against a test preparation company, saying that questions used to prepare students for licensing exams were copyrighted and should never have made it out of the exam room where they had been recorded.
