    Ag Giant To Pay $43M To End Feds' Sulfuric Acid Suit

    Agribusiness company J.R. Simplot Co. will pay $43 million to settle an Idaho federal suit accusing it of violating the Clean Air Act with sulfur dioxide emissions at five fertilizer plants, the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency and the U.S. Department of Justice said Thursday.
