    BMW Beats Antitrust Suit Over Auto Parts Sales

    A New Jersey federal judge on Thursday tossed a proposed class action alleging BMW had a monopoly on aftermarket parts sales and forced customers to pay for more engine parts than necessary, saying the car owner is an indirect purchaser and therefore lacks standing to sue.
