    FTC Settles With More Retailers For Calling Rayon Bamboo

    Retailers J.C. Penney, Nordstrom, Bed Bath & Beyond, and Backcountry.com will pay a total of $1.3 million to settle Federal Trade Commission claims that they illegally described rayon clothes and textiles as being made with bamboo fibers, according to documents filed Wednesday in District of Columbia federal court.
