    Wells Fargo Can't Pursue Fracking Pump Claim, Insurer Says

    RLI Insurance Co. asked a Texas federal court on Monday to declare that Wells Fargo Equipment Finance Inc. can't assert a claim on behalf of a fracking service company it leased equipment to that was covered under RLI's policy, saying the company's insurance rights were assigned without consent.
