    Medicare Contractor Faces Suit Over Chemo Test Coverage

    Health care technology company Helomics Corp. filed a lawsuit against Medicare administrator Novitas Solutions Inc. in Pennsylvania federal court Thursday, claiming Novitas will soon stop reimbursing the company's test measuring chemotherapy effectiveness with essentially no explanation, which would be a "death sentence" for Helomics.
