Law Firm Says Ship Co. Owes Employee Injury Row Fees
A Louisiana law firm sued by a Danish ship owner and an English insurance underwriter for missing an arbitration clause in an employee's contract told a federal court on Tuesday that the companies must now pay the fees incurred in the employee's injury suit, since a judge dismissed the malpractice case.
