    PeriCor Asks Judge To Nix 'Biased' Merck Arbitration Award

    PeriCor Therapeutics Inc. on Monday asked a New York judge to throw out an arbitration award handed down in a case that alleged Merck & Co. breached a licensing agreement to develop a drug used to treat high-risk open heart surgery patients, saying one of the arbitrators was obviously biased in Merck's favor.
