    Millennium Sues Wockhardt Over Generic Cancer Drug

    Wockhardt has been accused of infringing two of Millennium Pharmaceutical Inc.'s patents for its cancer drug Velcade by seeking approval from the U.S. Food and Drug Administration to manufacture and sell a generic, according to a complaint filed in Delaware federal court Friday.
