    Rosewill Sues Company After Ducking Infringement Claim

    Technology manufacturer Rosewill Inc. asked a California federal court Tuesday to declare that the company and retailers Walmart, Amazon and Office Depot have not infringed on a USB hub patent owned by a Texas firm that has accused more than two dozen companies of unfairly using the design.
