A Federal Circuit judge on Tuesday denied a Dow Chemical unit's request to pause its appeal of a $456 million arbitration award it was ordered to pay Bayer in a patent licensing dispute while the Patent Trial and Appeal Board re-examines the crop-science patents at issue.
