    Aircraft servicing company BBA Aviation PLC agreed in D.C. federal court Wednesday to sell off refueling operations at six airports in order to complete a $2.1 billion merger in a settlement proposed by the U.S. Department of Justice to prevent post-merger monopolies at the airports.
