    A Michigan federal judge on Tuesday dismissed a proposed class action by former prisoners alleging Advanced Technologies Group LLC and SanDisk LLC broke antitrust laws in their sale of MP3 players to former inmates, saying they lacked standing because their alleged injuries resulted from government action.
