    Volvo Seeks $12M From Truck Parts Supplier Over Shipments

    Volvo Group North America hit a subsidiary of Mexican manufacturing conglomerate Quimmco Group with a breach of contract suit Monday in North Carolina federal court, saying the parts maker must pay $12 million in expedited shipping costs after delayed shipments created a shortage in semi-truck parts.
