A California federal judge said Wednesday he would hold EnzymeWorks Inc. and its founder in contempt, finding they'd violated a court order by issuing statements about a deal ending claims the company ripped off Codexis Inc.'s intellectual property, and that there was "never a whiff of 'Gee, I'm sorry'" from their attorney.
