Disney Slapped With Another IP Suit Over MagicBand System
The Walt Disney Co. was hit with another patent infringement suit involving its MagicBand system on Friday, this time in Texas federal court over its position tracking functions, which let customers use a customized bracelet to enter theme parks and reserve spots on lines for rides.
