    Aetna Scored Discount Through Shady Deal, Clinic Claims

    Aetna Inc. and subsidiary Coventry Health Care Inc. were hit with a federal complaint Monday by a New Jersey physical therapy provider that claims it was deceived into accepting lower rates to treat Aetna patients when it contracted with Coventry because the insurers failed to disclose Aetna's 2013 acquisition of Coventry.
