Panera Bread Co. on Wednesday urged a North Carolina federal court to move to Massachusetts a Montana-based bakery chain's trademark lawsuit alleging Panera's "food as it should be" campaign infringes its slogan "Bread. The way it ought to be," saying the people responsible for the tagline are based near Boston.
