Aldi Inc. store managers told a New York federal judge Tuesday that the grocery chain was using "strong-arm tactics" to curb their wage class action by firing class members, offering severance on the condition they release legal claims and threatening to challenge their unemployment benefits if they don't sign, accusations the company has denied.
