    Three family-owned Volkswagen dealers on Wednesday hit the beleaguered automaker with a proposed class action in Illinois federal court, saying the company purposefully defrauded dealers by installing software designed to cheat emissions standards — the first such suit filed by a franchise dealer, according to Hagens Berman.
