    Amtrak Says Runaway Cattle Feed Truck Caused Derailment

    Amtrak and BNSF Railway Co. slapped a cattle feeding company with a lawsuit in Kansas federal court Friday alleging a March derailment that injured 28 passengers was caused by tracks that were damaged when one of the company's trucks rolled down a hill and crashed into the railroad roadbed.
