    Insurer Sues Over Defense Costs For Meningitis Suits

    Ironshore Specialty Insurance Co. on Thursday filed suit to recoup nearly $340,000 in legal defense funds for a New Jersey-based health care provider hit with claims after a deadly 2012 meningitis outbreak that were settled last year through bankruptcy proceedings, saying the threshold for coverage had not been met at the time.
