The Sixth Circuit on Friday left intact a Michigan federal jury's nearly $5 million verdict against Jaffe Raitt Heuer & Weiss PC, finding that the lower court did not err in declining to overturn the jurors' finding that the firm had represented a company that was negatively impacted by the attorneys' bad advice over an acquisition deal.
