The Seventh Circuit has found Chicago's separate regulations for the city's taxicab companies and ride-hailing services, including Uber Technologies Inc. and Lyft Inc., not to be prejudicial, saying that the entrance of new competitors into the market is not an unconstitutional taking of property of the Illinois Transportation Trade Association without compensation.
