    Sperm Bank Dodges Wrongful Birth Suit Over Sham Donor

    A Georgia federal judge on Friday tossed a suit brought by an Ohio woman accusing sperm bank Xytex Corp. of selling her sperm without disclosing the donor's felony conviction and schizophrenia diagnosis, saying the woman's claims were essentially wrongful birth claims not recognized by state law.
