    Siemens Energy Inc. owes Bison Insurance Co. Ltd. $70.5 million to cover losses allegedly sustained by its policyholder Duke Energy Florida LLC after a steam turbine "failed catastrophically" due to Siemens' purported negligence, according to a suit filed in a Florida federal court on Tuesday.
