    Gilstrap Kills Image Patent Under Alice, Stays Samsung Suit

    Eastern District of Texas Judge Rodney Gilstrap has found a patent for image processing technology that Samsung is accused of infringing invalid under the U.S. Supreme Court's Alice standard, and agreed to pause the lawsuit while the Patent Trial and Appeal Board considers the remaining patents.
