    Biotech Co. Must Face Willful Infringement, Judge Says

    Biotechnology product developer Thermo Fisher Scientific must face a willful patent infringement claim over a device used in molecular biology analysis, a Delaware federal judge ruled Tuesday, saying competitor Bio-Rad Laboratories Inc. has plausibly asserted that Thermo Fisher refused to license a similar device from it.
