A complaint claiming the union representing 200 workers at an Indiana casino engaged in bullying tactics toward the casino's customers during contentious contract talks will go forward with some claims trimmed, an Illinois federal judge ruled Monday.

Indiana-based Ameristar Casino East Chicago LLC and its customers asked an Illinois federal court Monday to deny union Unite Here Local 1's effort to toss the casino’s suit accusing the union of harassment and invasion of privacy during an acrimonious boycott, saying the union has a history of bullying behavior.
