A Pennsylvania federal judge has tossed a suit against Comcast by two cable installers who alleged the cable giant violated antitrust law by awarding contracts to their competitors and trimming its subcontractor count, saying that an injury only to the installers isn't an injury to the market.

Comcast told small cable installers to "ramp up" their installation services while knowing it would later fire them in favor of two national installation companies, two contractors alleged in a lawsuit filed in Pennsylvania federal court Thursday.
