    Ferring Hit With Class Action Over Weak IVF Drug

    Ferring Pharmaceuticals Inc. was hit with a class action Wednesday in New Jersey federal court alleging customers of its infertility drug Bravelle, which was recalled when the company discovered it was too weak to be effective, were never reimbursed for the out-of-pocket costs they racked up for unsuccessful in-vitro fertilization.
