    Vita-Mix, Kelly Services To Pay $1.6M To End Wage Claims

    Blender maker Vita-Mix Corp. and staffing agency Kelly Services Inc. have agreed to pay $1.6 million to settle claims they misclassified Vita-Mix roadshow demonstrators as exempt from overtime and as a result violated multiple state and federal labor statutes, according to documents filed in California federal court Tuesday.
