    Dish Drops Suit Over WGN's 'Dishgusting' Ads

    In a brief update filed in Illinois federal court Thursday, Dish Network LLC said it would no longer be pursuing a lawsuit accusing cable network WGN America of running a series of disparaging ads calling the satellite TV company "dishgusting" as the parties fought over a new contract.
