    Samsung Leaky Washing Machine Suit Moves Forward In Pa.

    Consumers accusing Samsung of selling defective washing machines that explode randomly and are prone to "catastrophic failure" can pursue tort and unfair trade practice claims, a Pennsylvania federal judge ruled Tuesday, but he denied their bid for a nationwide recall of the products.
