    Finjan's Malware Patent Suit Against ESET On Hold

    A California federal judge for the Northern District said he wouldn't consider Finjan's malware patent infringement claims against ESET until a Southern District judge rules on transferring an almost identical suit challenging the patents, telling attorneys they needed to "just chill," because pursuing both cases simultaneously would waste resources.
