Contractors Told To Arbitrate $8M Suit Over Gitmo Project
A Pennsylvania federal judge on Monday sent to arbitration an $8 million breach of contract dispute between two engineering and construction companies that bid jointly on Guantanamo Bay construction contracts for the U.S. Navy, saying that because certain agreement provisions regarding project performance are ambiguous, "the presumption of arbitrability applies."
