    Preferred Imaging Pays $3.5M, Resolves FCA Allegations

    The U.S. Department of Justice announced Friday it has reached a settlement with Preferred Imaging LLC in which the company will pay the government $3.5 million to settle allegations that it improperly billed Medicare and Medicaid in violation of the False Claims Act.
