    Tenn. Delivery Drivers Hit Snyder's With Wage Suit

    A class of delivery drivers slammed Snyder's-Lance Inc., the creator of popular snacks such as Pop Secret, Cape Cod Chips and Snyder's of Hanover Pretzels, with a putative class action in Tennessee federal court on Friday, alleging that an unfair distribution agreement leaves them underpaid and that they are misclassified as independent contractors.
