USAA Sues Payday Lender Over Lack Of Security Measures
Insurance and banking services provider USAA filed a complaint on Friday in Illinois federal court accusing a payday lending company of negligence for failing to secure vital financial information that it had collected from checks cashed by consumers — and this allegedly left USAA facing numerous fraudulent transactions.
