    Kiln Maker, Travelers Say Ind. Firm Flubbed Asbestos Work

    Swindell Dressler International and its insurer The Travelers Indemnity Co. on Friday smacked Kopka Pinkus & Dolin PC and one of the firm's former attorneys with a malpractice suit in federal court, claiming the Indiana-based firm mishandled asbestos litigation against Swindell, including settling asbestos liability claims without the company's approval.
