    A California federal judge granted final approval Wednesday to a $5.95 million settlement between Ecolab Inc. and a class of service managers who allege they were misclassified as being overtime exempt, but said she would trim down the $1.48 million attorneys' fees bid, calling the requested figure "a windfall to counsel."
