    Motel 6 Settles EEOC Bias Claims Over Pregnant Worker

    The company behind the Motel 6 brand has agreed to resolve U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission discrimination charges by paying $50,000 to an employee who was allegedly placed on unpaid leave because she was pregnant, as well as implementing training programs for workers, according to a Tuesday filing in Louisiana federal court.
