Judge Trims SolarCity Trade Secret Suit Against SunPower
A California federal judge on Thursday trimmed a case brought by home solar energy provider SolarCity Corp. against competitor SunPower Corp. over trade secret allegations, ruling that claims based on particular contract language must go because the content was already public.
