Drivers' 'Wordplay' Can't Revive FCA Faulty Gearshift MDL
A Michigan federal judge on Thursday rejected drivers' attempt to keep alive claims that FCA US knowingly sold vehicles with defective gearshifts, saying the drivers are "far too late" to bring an entirely new theory for liability after a jury found there was no defect under most state laws.
