Two DynaResource entities urged a Colorado federal judge Friday to let them submit the decision of a Mexican appeals court as evidence in their arbitration dispute with Canada's Goldgroup Mining Inc., arguing it undercuts Goldgroup's effort to enforce an arbitration award.

Two DynaResource entities that in arbitration were found to have breached an option agreement with Canada's Goldgroup Mining Inc. by diluting its interest in a Mexican gold mine urged a Colorado judge to nix the resulting award, saying that the arbitrator violated clear instructions from a Mexico City court.
