    Uber Drivers Drop Suit After Judge Refuses Stay

    Uber Technologies Inc. and a group of its drivers that demanded to be classified as employees agreed Wednesday to drop a suit after a federal judge had refused to stay the class action in January, as the sides sought to await a possible U.S. Supreme Court ruling on whether the National Labor Relations Act precludes enforcement of class action waivers in mandatory arbitration agreements.
