    Ohio State Univ. Hits Online Seller CafePress In TM Suit

    The Ohio State University hit CafePress, an online merchant for consumer-designed products, with a trademark infringement lawsuit in Ohio federal court on Thursday alleging it is selling clothing and merchandise with its “Buckeyes” designs and other trademarks, including depictions of the famous “O-H-I-O” gestures and the persona of head football coach Urban Meyer.
